Michael “Mr. B” Bratsch
Michael Bratsch is a visionary teacher, music innovator, and speaker dedicated to empowering others through creative expression and culturally relevant teaching. With a passion for education and mentorship, he has been recognized for his groundbreaking work in integrating music into learning experiences.
In 2018, Michael and his students gained national recognition when their viral hit, "Coats, Hats, and Gloves," created through his program The Future Boys & Girls, was featured on Good Morning America. His ability to inspire young minds through music was also highlighted in 2016 when he was featured on Boyd Huppert’s Land of 10,000 Stories for the Franklin School Song, a project that brought his students’ voices to life.
Beyond the classroom, Michael is a dedicated advocate for foster youth. As the founder of The Give and Care Foundation a 501(c)3 non-profit, he is committed to empowering foster youth and adoptees by providing education, inspiration, and mentorship through impactful fun events and speaking to families. His work bridges the gap between support, opportunity, and personal growth, ensuring that every child has the tools to succeed.
He is currently writing What’s Your Standard, a business memoir and personal development book that explores his journey as an adoptee to a successful educator, inspiring others to overcome challenges, eliminate self-doubt, and achieve success in life and business. (Book Release Date Early 2026)
